caquelon swiss cheese cast iron enamel

The caquelon is the traditional style Swiss fondue pot. This set includes a cast iron - enameled fondue pot with traditional wrought-iron stand. It comes with 6 fondue forks and heating element (takes paste fuel). Cast iron has excellent heat distribution. Use the pot on the cook top or the fondue base. Use for cheese or chocolate. Can be used with hot oil but always be cautious with oil in a low pan. Very sturdy.
