chile pepper grill / dry roaster

As seen on Bobby Flay's Food nation. A great little stove-top dry roasting grill perfect for roasting chiles, sweet peppers or other fresh vegetables. The grill has a cast iron frame with a sturdy stainless steel mesh cooking grid and two wooden handles. Grill diameter is 10 3/4". The grill sits easily atop most gas or electric stove burners. You can also use the grill to warm tortillas or for grilling foil-wrapped chicken, fish, or other meats.
