flan pan set 4pc double boiler

Aluminum, 22cm (about 9") 4 piece flan set with double boiler specially designed to prepare flans. This is a 4 piece set that includes a steamer insert as well. To make flan, the sugar is caramelized directly on the bottom of the inner pan, over the cook-top. Water is placed in the outer pan then the inner pan is placed inside with the flan mixture. Place the lid on top then the flan is steamed for about 45 minutes, depending on your recipe. Product made in Brazil.
