gyoza mold

Japanese Gyoza are little filled dumplings. Just place a gyoza wrapper on top of the press (mold), add filling then use the included brush to brush a little water along one half of the gyoza wrapper. Close and gently press. A perfect gyoza is formed and sealed. Can be used for wonton as well. Closed dimension: 4" X 2". This is a well-made, hinged press with 2 little handles. Made in Japan.
