Huitlacoche (cuitlacoche) is also referred to as the Mexican Truffle. It is actually a fungus that grows naturally on ears of corn. The fungus is considered a very popular delicacy in Mexico. It's smokey and mushroom-like flavor is used simply with scrambled eggs, or in quesadillas and tamales. Goya Brand (Product of Mexico) 7 oz (215 grams) can.
