molcajete y tejolote negro 2 1/2 cup

The preferred dark lava stone molcajete. Referred to as a molcajete negro these pieces are preferred because the offer the hardest of all stone used to make authentic Mexican molcajetes. We hand select each piece to insure the stone is not overly porous and the capacity is at least 2 1/2+ cups ample for about 3 avocados. The approximate dimensions are 8" wide by 4-5" high.
Includes pestle, escobeta (brush) and seasoning packet.
