Mooncakes are made in both China and Vietnam. The molds are lightly flourered then the pastry dough is patted into the mold then turned out and baked. The molds are functional or make beautiful kitchen sculpture. Mold made out of a solid block of wood, patterns vary. This product is seasonal and normally only available around the time of the Lunar New Year.
