Vietnamese coffee is fabulous and a "must" if you have never tried it. Our favorite is the "iced version". You take this nifty little filter gadget and place it on top of a glass filled with ice and a bit of sweetened condensed milk. Put rich ground coffee in the filter, add water and the coffee drips into the glass. Remove the filter, stir and that's it! This is great after a nice spicy meal. You can make it hot as well.

Portable

I do a lot of house-sitting, and this is my coffee maker in these situations. It takes a little practice to get the hang of using it, grind, pressure, etc. But will make a nice cup of coffee. And you wouldn't be here if you didn't like tinkering with your food, right?
I don't usually like sweetened coffee, but vietnamese coffee really is delicious. Well I had to try it at least once!
